　　"This shows that what is getting (narcissists) the win is the delivery," Harms said. "These results show just how hard it is to effectively interview, and how fallible we can be when making interview judgments. We don"t necessarily want to hire narcissists, but might end up doing so because they come off as being self-confident and capable."

　　在六年的学习生活中，我发现了一个学习英语的窍门。

　　每次的寒、暑假，我都过着乏味的日子。因为我英语的听力太不好了，所以爸爸妈妈给我买了好几张光盘，要让我在假期里好好地“充充电”，为下学期做好准备。

　　这次，爸爸妈妈又要出去旅游了，他们去的是北京。北京！那可是我做梦也想去的旅游圣地呀！但望了望那堆积如山的光盘，我只得打消了念头，哎！谁叫我*时总偷懒，不愿多听一些英语，所以现在我的听力才这么差，必须多听英语了。忽然我看到摆在桌上的MP4，脑子里突然间冒出一个念头：既然我们能把歌曲拷进MP4里，那怎么就不能把英语光盘里的内容也拷竟MP4里呢？虽然不知道行不行，但是不如试试看，也许回管用呢！这样我不就可以既出去旅游，又可补习英语吗？说干就干于是我拿来数据线，把MP4连接上电脑，再把光盘一张张放进电脑里，点击以下复制到MP4，经过一段时间就复制完工了！我轻轻地将数据线拔起来，拿起MP4，我悄悄地对它说；“我能不能去北京就全看你了！我轻轻地带上耳机，试着一听，神了，竟然跟电脑上的一模一样。而且复制过程和复制音乐买什么两样。哈哈，这下我就既可以学习、旅游两不误啦！在飞机上可以听英语，下了飞机就可以尽情地游玩！以后，我还可以经常跟爸爸妈妈出去旅游了！想到这里儿，我又蹦又跳，飞快地去告诉爸爸妈妈。他们考虑到这样既出去旅游，又可以学英语，两全其美，也就答应了。于是，我们就一起踏上了快乐的旅游之途！

　　怎么样，有了这个窍门，我既出去旅游，又可以学英语，两全其美吧！所以我们*时应该善于去发现生活中的窍门，这样会给我们带来许多乐趣。

　　从小学三年级英语课开始到现在，英语就是我最优秀的科目之一。这是为什么呢？

　　爸爸给我不一样的学习理念；记得我还在读幼儿园大班的时候。每次看见爸爸不在家的时候，我就偷偷地打开电脑来玩游戏，几次都被爸爸发现了。后来他给我下载了“摩洛幼儿英语”，并严肃地跟我说：“你要玩游戏就给我玩英语游戏，玩英语游戏，你高兴了爸爸也高兴了，英语又学到了，一举多得，不然你别想碰电脑。”看着他苍白的头发和严肃的表情，我只好“妥协”了。

　　兴趣敲开了我的英语学习之门；当我打开“摩洛幼儿英语”APP，.好奇的我一瞬间被里面精彩的内容吸引住了。古怪而新奇的动画，是那么的让我入迷；清脆而动听的声音，是那么的顺我耳；回答正确后软件里传出来的的那句“你真棒”，时时让我心里美滋滋的；钓鱼游戏收获“鱼”的感觉给了我巨大的"满足感；尤其大炮打气球的游戏，胜利的感觉是那么的让人如此的陶醉，让我玩得不能自拔......。在游戏中学习的感觉就是不一样，棒极了！从此，我深深地喜欢上了英语这门学科。

　　现在的我，已经逐渐把英语融入了生活。每星期都会挑英语动画，英语电影看看，在里面可是增长我的不少知识，过去时将来时复数形式......，在我面前已经显得那么的简单；我还经常随口跟不懂英语的爸爸说几句英语，把他搞得像丈二和尚——摸不着头脑，好玩极了；每日坚持听2节精彩的英语课，更让我学会了很多很多初中以上的英语知识，让我收获满满。

　　兴趣可真是一把神奇的钥匙，它开启了我的英语天堂之门！
